I am so excited to have Fallyn Smith, MSW, PPSC, on the show today. She runs Mindful Kids Coaching and provides social and emotional coaching for parents, children and families. Families learn invaluable skills that promote social and emotional well-being and success. She is an experienced Family Coach, Certified Elementary School Counselor and Certified Positive Discipline Parenting Educator. She has worked with hundreds of children and families for over a decade specializing in Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) and Child Development. Along with being a Kids and Family Coach, she is the District Elementary School Counselor for Burlingame School District in Burlingame, CA. She gives us so tangible tips and resources to help us navigate challenges and create solutions so life can be less stressful and more peaceful and enjoyable.
