HOW DO I CARE FOR AND LAUNDER MY T-SHIRTS?

To maintain shape and color of your garment, we recommend machine washing cold and tumble dry low or hang dry.

HOW DO I DETERMINE WHICH SIZE TO PURCHASE OR MY CHILD?

Please measure your child and compare that to our sizing chart. Our t-shirts fit true to size; but fit depends on your child and your fit preference. If you like the ‘baggier’ look, we recommend sizing up. If your child is between sizes, we recommend sizing up for longer wearability. Our t-shirts have a slimmer/longer fit than the average child’s tee. 


THE ITEM I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK, WHEN WILL IT BE RESTOCKED? 

While we do restock items, not all items will be restocked. If you have a request to restock an item, please contact us.


WHAT FABRICS DO YOU USE?

Most of our items are made of a very soft combed ringspun cotton/polyester blend. When shopping, be sure to read the product description provided for more details.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Thank you for purchasing! You can check your order tracking here.

We hope to ship all orders in the US within 7-10 business days of purchase date for standard shipping. For expedited and priority shipping orders will ship the following business day. 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. That confirmation email and all correspondence from us will go through the email that you used when you ordered, so please check that email’s inbox and spam folder.


MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED BUT HAS NOT ARRIVED.

Please contact your local post office and provide them with your tracking information.  

MY ORDER SHOWS 'DELIVERED' BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT.

Packages marked as delivered, but are 'not received' are your responsibility to locate. Once the package leaves our hands we are no longer liable. Please contact your local post office as they can check the geotag of the delivery scan and escalate an investigation on your behalf, but we are not able to track down on our end. We do not issue refunds on lost packages.

WHAT IF I PUT THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS?

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information prior to shipping. We will ship to the shipping address given at the time of checkout. IZZAROO™ is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address.


CAN I ALTER MY ORDER BEFORE IT HAS SHIPPED?

Please be sure you are checking out with the correct items as we are not able to alter an order once it has been placed. We try to fulfill orders as quick as possible. If you order has already been shipped it cannot be altered. Contact us if you need assistance prior to shipment.
