Return/Exchange Policy

For digital products I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

 For shirts, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return/exchange any unworn, unwashed product, with tags still attached, within 10 days of receipt of your order. Proof of purchase required. 

Please fill out our contact us form and include the following:

1. Order Number
2. Description of product you wish to return/exchange

3. Reason for return/exchange

To avoid returns/exchanges due to size, please reference our sizing chart thoroughly before ordering.

IZZAROO™ must receive item before a replacement will be shipped. All items will be inspected for signs of wear or damage. If we deem an item "unreturnable," item will be shipped back to you, and no refund will be issued. Buyer is responsible for return/exchange shipping fees, both to ship the item back to IZZAROO™ and for shipping replacement item to buyer.

Please note, due to the handmade nature of our products, pocket prints and design size may vary from what is displayed in our shop. Product colors may vary slightly due to monitor calibrations.


Excellent customer service and product quality are very important to us. Please contact us within 10 days of receipt of your order if you received an item that was defective or damaged. We will do our best to accommodate you. 


Please carefully package your item in original (unworn, unwashed, tagged) condition and ship it to:

Please contact us to verify eligibility of your return/exchange before shipping. Once item is shipped, please let us know your return/exchange is on its way and provide us with the shipment’s tracking number. Once the item has been inspected for resale condition, you will receive an invoice for return shipping. IZZAROO™ will ship your new item upon receipt of return shipping payment.

We will do our best to process your return or exchange as quick as possible after receipt of your package. Please allow a full billing cycle for credit to appear on your financial statement.
