If you’re anything like us, you still have tons of Easter eggs floating around the house, many of which don’t have matching halves. Here’s a great way to recycle those mismatched eggs into a fun learning game for your kids.  There’s not much to this, as you can tell.

What you will need:

Instructions:

  1. Use a permanent black marker to write a letter on each half of the plastic Easter egg.
  2. Spell our your child's name or write the entire alphabet to encourage them to spell various other words - go crazy!

There you have it. Easy peasy. It takes all of 1 minute to make this fun, educational and inexpensive game. I hope you found this tutorial helpful and it inspires you to make something fun for your kids! We'd love to hear from you so leave us your comments below.
